CK Group was tasked with staffing multiple molecular diagnostic laboratories exclusively for COVID-19 screening. The project started small but quickly expanded to managing a contract workforce of over 30 laboratory professionals, including Laboratory Managers, Quality Managers, PCR Analysts, Laboratory Technicians, and support staff.
Challenges
The key challenges were recruiting and rapidly deploying a skilled scientific workforce to meet a time-critical deadline while managing ongoing workforce needs for a two-year project.
