Fully Outsourced Project Team
CK Group provides fully outsourced project teams with dedicated leadership oversight, managing all operational and task-based activities related to recruiting, managing, and delivering HR services for new teams within your organisation. This Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model enables you to delegate day-to-day recruitment and HR functions, allowing you to focus on your core business objectives.
Integrated Project Team (SoW)
Our Integrated Project Team service is similar to the BPO model but works more closely with your internal teams and capabilities. Sometimes known as a Statement of Work project or a Managed Service Provision (MSP). While your organisation retains strategic direction, CK Group supplies specialist skills and expertise not available in-house. This flexible approach allows you to scale projects effectively while keeping control over key strategic roles you wish to staff internally.

We supported the world’s largest trial of the pioneering Galleri cancer blood test by providing over 100 Research Nurses and Practitioners for EMS Healthcare, on behalf of the NHS. This ambitious three-year study was conducted nationwide to advance early cancer detection.
Salford Lung Study (GSK)
