Fully Outsourced Project Team

Integrated Project Team (SoW)
Our Integrated Project Team service is similar to the BPO model but works more closely with your internal teams and capabilities. Sometimes known as a Statement of Work project or a Managed Service Provision (MSP). While your organisation retains strategic direction, CK Group supplies specialist skills and expertise not available in-house. This flexible approach allows you to scale projects effectively while keeping control over key strategic roles you wish to staff internally.

Early Cancer Detection Trial (NHS / GRAIL / EMS Healthcare)
We supported the world’s largest trial of the pioneering Galleri cancer blood test by providing over 100 Research Nurses and Practitioners for EMS Healthcare, on behalf of the NHS. This ambitious three-year study was conducted nationwide to advance early cancer detection.
Salford Lung Study (GSK)
We played a key role in this groundbreaking study—the world’s first Real-World Evidence (RWE) study in collaboration with GSK. Over five years, CK Group supplied and managed a team of 150 Research Nurses and over 50 Clinical Research professionals. This project was a BPO model.
